Our Work
Policies and What to Expect
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once booked. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice when booking to ensure availability.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on the size of your home, number of bathrooms, and the services requested. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, Venmo, and personal checks.
Service Expectations
To provide the best results, we ask that homes be reasonably accessible at the time of service. Please secure pets if aggressive and notify us in advance of any special requests, priority areas, or add-on services.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you. No-shows may be charged a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service.
We understand that unexpected situations happen and appreciate open communication whenever possible.
Supplies, Damage, & liability
Company provides standard cleaning supplies. Client must disclose fragile items or special surface requirements.
Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, or damage caused by client-provided décor or outdoor conditions.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the service fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly free of charge.
